Can I shop by designer?
To see a complete list of the designers we currently have on the site, simply click on an of the categories at the top of the home page to be taken to that department. Click on the drop down menu that says "shop by designer" on the upper left-hand side of the page.

I put something in my shopping cart and now it's gone. Why?
If you choose to leave the site without checking out, your shopping bag will only retain your selections for a one-hour time limit. That means the next time you come to visit Cybell's, the items may not still be in your shopping cart. They are placed back onto our virtual shelves so other customers have the opportunity to make a purchase. Because Cybell's sells items of limited quantities, we urge you to purchase the items you are interested in when you see them. The next time you visit, they might be gone!

How do I use a promotional code?
To use the promotional code you have, please follow these steps:
• Choose the items you wish to purchase
• When you have finished shopping, click on your shopping bag. The items you are ready to buy will be listed. Click on the "Proceed to Checkout" button.
If you have already created a Cybell's account:
•
Enter your email address and password under the "returning customers" header and click the "log in" button.
• If you have ordered from Cybell's previously and opted to have your shipping and billing information saved, you will bypass the payment page and will need to enter your promotional code on the bottom of Review & Order page in the box that says "Enter a promo code". (remember promo codes are case-sensitive) Once you have entered the promotional code you wish to use, click the "submit code" button and it will be applied to your order.
• Once the promotional code has been applied to the order, enter your billing information and click the "Continue" button.
If you have not created a Cybell's account:
•
Click the "continue" button under the "guest checkout" header.
• Simply follow the next steps outlined and provide the necessary shipping and billing address information and click continue.
• On the lower section of the payment page there will be a box that says "Enter a promo code", enter the promotional code you wish to use in this section and click the "submit code" button. (remember promo codes are case-sensitive)
• Review and place your order by clicking on the "place order now" button.
Please note: Promotional codes can only be used once and cannot be combined with any other discount or promotion.

How do I make purchases at Cybell's?
Cybell's uses a simple and secure checkout process to allow you to make your purchase quickly and comfortably. What if I can't remember my password?
If you forget your password, we can e-mail it to your account's email address. If you would like to do that now, please email us at password@cybells.com
To protect your security, Cybell's.com will automatically delete any saved credit card information if your password is changed. Simply re-enter any credit card information you wish to store the next time you shop with us.

Cybell's is proud to accept American Express, MasterCard, Visa, Discover Card, and Paypal. Remember, your credit card will only be charged once your purchase is shipped (never before that point). How long will it take to receive my order?
The length of time it takes to receive your order depends a great deal on the method of shipment and where the shipment is going. We ship most orders within 2 business days. A typical order shipped by USPS to an address in the U.S. will take from 2 to 3 business days to reach its destination.

What is your return policy?
Cybell's wants to make sure you're happy with each and every purchase. If you're not satisfied with what you've bought, you can return it within 30 days for a full refund less shipping costs. No questions asked, as long as the item's is unused and in its original condition.

How do I process an exchange?
Cybell's strives to offer you great designer merchandise at the best possible price. In order to do so, we may not always carry large quantities or every size. Therefore, we unfortunately cannot process exchanges. If you would like a different item or size, please return your original merchandise and place a new order or contact us for assistance.

The item I received is incorrect or damaged?
At Cybell's, we are committed to selling only first-quality, genuine designer merchandise. We do not sell factory seconds, irregulars, or special-ordered lower quality products. At Cybell's, we offer only the best brand names and the highest quality goods. To that end, we employ several quality checks before an item leaves our warehouse.
If you have received a damaged or defective item, please contact us and we will be more than happy to assist you with a replacement (if it is available), or a credit (if necessary).
